What is it? 
It is what happens when training and coaching are not reinforced on an ongoing basis. The best training has a decay of 90% within 30 days if reinforcement is not present. In practical terms, it means that 90% of what you spend (money and time), is wasted without effective reinforcement.

We build reinforcement into all of our partner agreements. We will guide you to effectively deploy what you learn from your surveys, training, and coaching. There will be structured interactions around the programs so that everyone is practicing and executing utilizing the tools and insights they have gained.
